This CareScout Quality Network badge is a big deal. To maintain its value and dignity, you must follow these rules:

  • Our CareScout Quality Network badge is for active CareScout Quality Network providers only. If you leave the network for any reason, you’ll need to remove the CareScout Quality Network badge from all places that it was used or posted.

  • You may not distort or alter the CareScout Quality Network badge in any way. You may change the size to fit your usage, but it must never be made smaller than 150 pixels and must retain its original aspect ratio. It can only be shared as provided including the white background, not on a color background or over an image.

  • When the CareScout Quality Network badge is shared digitally – in your email signature or on a website – you must link it to this page: www.carescout.com/quality-network. This will help users understand how we measure quality, and how big a deal it is that you’re in the CareScout Quality Network.

  • Because the CareScout Quality Network is unique, we have to be very careful in how the CareScout Quality Network badge is described. If you want to add some text or copy about the CareScout Quality Network badge to help your users understand what it is and what it signifies, here are some options that you can use:

    • “The CareScout Quality Network signifies we are a high-quality provider that has met the rigorous quality standards of the CareScout Quality of Network.”  Please do not say: “We are one of the best long-term care providers.” Why not? We think you are amazing, but we don’t review all long-term care providers or rank organizations, so we don’t decide who is “best” or “top”.

    • “The CareScout Quality Network is the first network of long-term care providers in which every provider must meet rigorous standards for quality and commit to person-centered care.” Please do not say: “The CareScout Quality Network is a listing of top long-term care providers in the U.S.” Why not? As above, we don’t say “best” or “top”. Also, we are more than a listing.

    • “The CareScout Quality Network badge shows we meet quality standards for staffing, training, and retention of our caregivers, which is big part of our commitment to person-centered care.” Please don’t say: “The CareScout Quality Network shows all of our caregivers are top-quality.” Why not? We haven’t reviewed all of your caregivers. We have only reviewed your overall policies and we recognize you are taking important steps to maintain high-quality caregiving overall.

    • “I am a CareScout Quality Network provider.” Please do not say: “I am a CareScout Quality Network member.” Why not? A member could signify a client or customer who finds a provider through CareScout and receives preferred pricing. It does not refer to providers.

    • If you’d like help or feedback in how you can describe the CareScout Quality Network and the badge, please reach out to our Marketing team.

  • You cannot share the CareScout Quality Network badge with other Providers, even if they are affiliated with your parent company or franchisor.

  • We may periodically monitor how Providers are using the CareScout Quality Network badge to ensure that it is not being misused, to ensure that use of the CareScout Quality Network badge by a Provider is still valid and up-to-date and to ensure that the CareScout Quality Network badge is not being used by Providers who have not earned the right to use the CareScout Quality Network badge.

You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that its use of the CareScout Quality Network badge complies with all applicable laws and regulations where you promote and distribute your services.
